Sam
Sam grew up on a Wisconsin farm, where long days milking cows and caring for cattle shaped his work ethic. After moving to Wyoming in 2015, he built a construction career. In 2019, he co-founded Homestead Homes and now leads as sole owner, prioritizing teamwork and efficiency.
A proud father of three, Sam enjoys Wyoming’s outdoors, while passing on the values of hard work, honesty, and consistency.
Project Manager
Chris Millar
Chris Millar was born to Veteran parents and is a veteran, himself. He has worked as a stone and stucco mason since he was 18, then became a building inspector for Laramie County for 6 years. He started CJM Stone and Stucco LLC in 2018 and is still operating the company.
Chris and his wife Jenna, along with his 4 children enjoy softball weekends, hunting and fishing
Office Manager
Jolynn Vosler
Born and raised in Cheyenne, Jo is Office Manager and "Jo of all trades, master of some".
After spending 20+ years in the private sector, she started at Croell Inc. and moved to Homestead Homes.
She has 5 daughters and 3 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and her new found love of travel.

Ty Anderson
Born and raised in Pine Bluffs, Ty is a fifth-generation farmer whose upbringing in agriculture shaped his skills and strong work ethic.
A jack of all trades, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in welding and construction fields.
Married with two children, values family, community, and the hard work, honesty, and resilience.
Project Design Specialist
Meg Anderson
A Michigan native whose found her home in Wyoming, she has a long list of varied skills, much like her husband Ty.
She has recently returned to her love of customer service to make our interior design process seamless. She is dedicated to providing the attention to detail that our clients deserve.
Surrounded by boys, her spare time is filled with cars, machines and reading when she can sneak away.
